With over 60 years of history, one of its missions has been the creation and formation of new audiences and for that reason it could not be left out of this festival - already an emblem of the city. The Cine-Theatre Capitólio in Parque Mayer in Lisbon was officially inaugurated on July 10, 1931. It was presented as an innovative theatre hall, music-hall and movie theatre, grouped into a large interior show hall with a stage, annexed dressing rooms and the film slope on the upper terrace, outdoors. All of this cultural diversity returned to Capitólio in 2016, just in time for it to become one of the most emblematic spaces in Super Bock em Stock with three distinct programming spaces: the Auditorium, the Backstage and the Terrace.

Buondi Room
Palace of Independence

Founded in 1467 by D. Fernando de Almada, its primitive medieval design suffered some changes since. The present building reflects a language that results from the Manueline and Mannerist interventions. This Palace is classified as a National Monument, not only for its artistic value but also for its historical-political tradition. It was here that the conjurors who led to Portugal's Independence Restoration in 1640 met on several occasions. Almeida Garrett inhabited the palace in 1834 and the first public commemoration of Independence to take place in the building was in 1861. In 2019, it now integrates the route of venues for Super Bock em Stock.
